IMPORTANT NOTICE—REOPENING FRIDAY MAY 22, 2020

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS HALL TO REOPEN

The Board of Directors along with the Club Manager made the decision to reopen the KC Hall for Friday Night Fish Fry’s starting Friday, May 22nd.  Other events will start to take place when entering the next phase.  We will be reopening to the guidelines of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC).

Even though construction is taking place with the Round-a-Bout, you can still get into the parking lot.  Our suggestion is to use National Avenue and enter through the North driveway.  The South driveway is also open however, we suggest using Fond du Lac Avenue (Old Hwy 45) to enter the driveway.  Due to the construction, the parking lot lighting has been taken down.  The side lot especially may be dark.  We are looking into getting temporary lighting until the new poles and lights are put in.

Upon entering the building: Hand sanitizers are available for your use.  Also, we will have a written explanation of restrictions and asking customers for cooperation.

In the Bar Area: The bar will be set to social distancing with 6 foot markings on the floor and on the bar rail.  Some bar stools will be removed to accommodate this.

In the Dining Area:

RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE TAKEN.  ALL SEATING WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED SEATING.  WE WILL NOT HOLD A TABLE WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE SEATED AT THE BAR.

Normal capacity in the hall is 208 however this will be reduced to allow the use of Social Distancing Guidelines.  We will be offering our full Friday menu.  Wait staff will set napkin wrapped silverware in a plastic bag when greeting customers.  Your hostess will give you a disposable paper menu with an introductory page with specials and once again an explanation of restrictions, salad and dressing choices, dinner rolls and condiments that are provided upon request. Menu can be used as a placemat and will be discarded when the table is cleared.

Payment:  We will have a 6 foot social distancing from the bartender taking payment and 6 foot intervals on the floor.  The payment area will have hand sanitizer and sanitizing solution available for you.

Restrooms:  After washing your hands, to open the door, a dispenser with small disposable paper towel are available to use for opening the door.  Once opened, the paper towel can be disposed of in a basket by the door. Foot plates are ordered and will be installed to the bottom of the door when received.

Employees: We want to let you know that all employees will not be allowed to work if ill.  Staff will wear protective gear if required or for personal safety.  Wait staff will have printed practices to follow.

These are some trying times for all of us and working this out together is important.  Your safety as a customer; is our top priority.  We look forward to once again seeing you as we enter our 1st phase of reopening the Hall.
